Found hotel to be inviting from the minute you open the door. Receptionist was friendly. Our room was really nice. very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very nicely presented. The staff were so nice and always made sure we were happy with everything.

We were at the front of the hotel with a beautiful view over the water. The room was adequate size with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked to order and good quality food. Staff friendly and helpful

The room was lovely with a window overlooking the loch, and a window seat, and a love seat to enjoy the view. The bathroom was roomy with a spacious shower. The included breakfast (especially the salmon) was delicious!

Would have been 5 stars except for the fact that the advert and receipt said room has air conditioning but no room here has it. We mentioned it to staff and were given a fan as a remedy l. I mentioned it twice that tje advert had said ac and that they should change it but it didn't seem to be an issue with the staff. Wouldn't have been a huge problem but our prior hotels had no ac and we were really looking forward to this hotel because of it.

Hotel in a privileged location with views across the loch. Friendly staff and a truly excellent on site restaurant (the Silly Goose). We will certainly stay here again if returning to Fort William!

Number 2 was a great room with an en suite bath. The view of the loch tremendous! The walk to High Street restaurants and shopping was less than five minutes. Perfect!
