While the stairs were a bit of a challenge for my wife the consolation was a wonderful view across the Loch. The restaurant was excellent as an additional bonus

The location was perfect, the room wasgreat and the staff were friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Fort William.

Scotland is pretty expensive so expectations don’t always meet reality. Room 6 would be improved if you removed the wardrobe and replaced with hooks and hangers on the wall. Then it would be much easier to access the bathroom.

Confy beds. Nice warm shower. Plenty to space in the room. Wonderful breakfast. Weekdays more to ask? Tumbamos for a lovely night! We hope to return!

Convenient location close to town centre and train station with good views of the loch. Was slightly disappointed that the room allocated was not that in the picture that I booked. Very much function over style.

Everything was amazing, from the location, to the room/bathroom and the food. I did not have a single negative experience!

I made a mess of our booking and the staff went over and above to sort it out. The hotel was lovely, the food was excellent but it’s the staff that make this hotel special. From the girls on reception to the staff in the bar/restaurant they knew how to deliver excellent customer service. Will go back.

The stay was excellent location was great as well everyone was pleasant and the food was fantastic

Lovely and warm after day out skiing. Able to leave bags before and after check-in. Friendly staff. Quite spacious for the money. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Quiet area but close to restaurants and shops. Large room! Staff was always kind and helpful. Wonderful cooked to order breakfast as well

I loved staying at the Lime Tree Inn. I especially want to thank Ely who was an incredible host, and so very helpful with absolutely everything about my stay. He is an exceptional professional which made this stay so nice and welcoming. The expresso is a special treat in a warmed mug and the Scottish Breakfast! I will stay here again - asbolutely- if I come back through FTW again. xx Thank you, KB

Fabulous stay. Excellent food and really helpful and attentive team. Dog friendly too. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Customer service at reception fantastic but quality of breakfast was poor, as I thought the food was tasteless, but overall value for money and location was great. It’s also a shame that Fort William does not feel the same anymore as the town is being run down and shops selling cheap rubbish.
