What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
This is the best hotel and restaurant for many miles around Fort William. The accommodation is as you would expect, the staff polite and attentive without being overbearing and the food is top drawer. Best breakfast we had throughout our trip around Scotland. Add to this an amazing art gallery around the hotel then look no further than The Lime Tree Hotel for a place to stay.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I had assumed The Lime Tree would be a boutique hotel and was unsure how personable it would be (especially with a large dog). We were super happy how great our room was and how helpful, friendly and flexible they were. Staying in for dinner was a delight and really top drawer, and to top it all off, when I opened the curtains, an impressive cruise liner was moored in the estuary like a postcard! Would highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience at your hotel. We were in room #8. We did have an issue with the toilet not filling up after flushing but we may have fixed it the last morning. Only suggestions would to give some instructions on the heating in the room. And to add another mirror in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. We found the staff very attentive and the food was great.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Great to have a lovely restaurant in the hotel too. Good provisions for our dog too. Would definitely stay there again if we are back in Fort William

While the stairs were a bit of a challenge for my wife the consolation was a wonderful view across the Loch. The restaurant was excellent as an additional bonus

The location was perfect, the room wasgreat and the staff were friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Fort William.

Scotland is pretty expensive so expectations don’t always meet reality. Room 6 would be improved if you removed the wardrobe and replaced with hooks and hangers on the wall. Then it would be much easier to access the bathroom.

Confy beds. Nice warm shower. Plenty to space in the room. Wonderful breakfast. Weekdays more to ask? Tumbamos for a lovely night! We hope to return!

Convenient location close to town centre and train station with good views of the loch. Was slightly disappointed that the room allocated was not that in the picture that I booked. Very much function over style.
