I loved staying at the Lime Tree Inn. I especially want to thank Ely who was an incredible host, and so very helpful with absolutely everything about my stay. He is an exceptional professional which made this stay so nice and welcoming. The expresso is a special treat in a warmed mug and the Scottish Breakfast! I will stay here again - asbolutely- if I come back through FTW again. xx Thank you, KB

Fabulous stay. Excellent food and really helpful and attentive team. Dog friendly too. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Customer service at reception fantastic but quality of breakfast was poor, as I thought the food was tasteless, but overall value for money and location was great. It’s also a shame that Fort William does not feel the same anymore as the town is being run down and shops selling cheap rubbish.

Di passaggio a Fort William abbiamo soggiornato una sola sera in questo incantevole hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale gentilissimo e buona colazione. L'unica cosa da sottolineare è che il parcheggio è molto piccolo e quindi non garantito nel caso in cui ci fossero molte auto. Nel complesso un'esperienza molto positiva.

The breakfast was great. The room was underwhelming, booked because I like the style of the hotel but this room was quite average and the green fire exit light kept us awake.

Lovely place, we've stayed at the Lime Tree 3 times & whenever we visit Fort William there's nowhere else we look at, rooms are beutifull, staff are so nice & it's location is perfect.

I had a nice one-night stay, but the bathroom lacked the type of upscale amenities I would expect to find at such a property. The cost of one night (£245) was far more than any other hotel where I stayed during my nearly two weeks in Scotland. On the value-for-money scale, I think you need to up your game and offer guests a bit more luxury in the room and bathroom (Nespresso machine or similar would be a good start). Hope this helps!
